The Arabic word madrassa means school. In the old days, the word was always associated not only with a place for teaching how to read and write but with the centre for propagation and dissemination of knowledge and wisdom. In this sense, Medressa.com (or Madrassa.net) provides an open space for Europeans and our South Mediterranean neighbour countries to meet, create new business relations and learn from each other.

A number of different instruments are provided by Medressa to achieve these aims:
